Diet Update 03/21/11

Ugh this past weekend was not a good one for me.  Lots of drinking and lots of bad food, but fuck it I had a really good time.   I had attempted to go on a bike ride Saturday morning, but then it started pouring and hailing.  This weather is really starting to piss me off people!

Anyways looks like some of you are doing really well with your diets…  what are you doing to keep those pounds coming off?  Eating better?  Exercise? Enema?

Diet Update 03/07/11

Well it looks like a lot of you do better than me this last week.  I blame the illness and the girl scouts for this!  I also didn’t do much of a bike ride this weekend… blah!  Seriously though I am sucking major balls at this.  To everyone I know…. Stop letting me eat poorly!  I am weak inside!

So if anyone has some good dieting tips or recipes or anything you should post a comment about it.  A girl needs all the help she can get.

Diet Update 02/28/11

It has been one week since we started the diet and it is time to see how everyone is doing.  Please comment below if you have not already notified me of your loss this week.

I’ll admit that I did not do the best job counting my calories this week, and my binge drinking on Friday didn’t help either I am sure.  It’s ok though… it takes time to get back into the swing of things.

I did however ride my bike 46 miles this weekend with Alfie… so thank god for some exercise.  :)

Another F’ing Diet

Last year when I was dieting I went from 212 pounds to 178 pounds.  Well bad news kiddies!  I am now up to 193.  Ugh.  Weight is really hard to keep off because food is so delicious!!  hahaha.

Last year at this time I started a diet using the Lose It app on my iPhone, and it’s that time again bitches!  I know a lot of people didn’t like my weekly diet updates last year, but it really does help keep me on track because who wants to post that they are a big fat loser for the week they don’t lose weight?  So I have to torture you all again with it, so bare with me.

If anyone would like to do this with me then let me know.  I’ll be posting my weight (and loss of) every Monday on the blog, and I can post yours as well.  You will be surprised how motivating an audience can be.

[Update - So I adjusted it so no one's actual weight is listed.  We will just track what everyone loses per week, and their total lost so far.   Feel free to email, text or comment me every Monday with your weight loss for that week and I'll add it.   Remember...  alcohol has calories too hahaha]

Diet Update 05/03/10

I only lost 1 pound this week.  I blame the margaritas I had on Friday for low weight loss this week hahaha.  No I am happy to lose anything… hello I was a heifer.   I completed a 20 mile bike ride this week, and I am going to do it again (weather permitting) this coming weekend as well.  Maybe I’ll ride 21 miles this weekend since I am down 21 pounds, and then every time I lose weight I’ll ride longer… yessssss.

Diet Update 03/08/10

Mama say what?!  I did a really good job this week of not going over my calorie limit, and I did some light exercise (biking, and walking).   By some miracle I seem to have lost 5 pounds since last week.  I don’t know where those 5 pounds were, but I hope they don’t come back.  In all seriousness though, I am glad to see this outcome because I really had to restrain myself all week not to eat everything that I wanted.  It’s nice to get rewarded for that.   I’m also glad I had enough calories left over yesterday to enjoy Gary Jr.’s world famous pulled pork sandwiches.  They were mighty delicious.
