Ugh this past weekend was not a good one for me. Lots of drinking and lots of bad food, but fuck it I had a really good time. I had attempted to go on a bike ride Saturday morning, but then it started pouring and hailing. This weather is really starting to piss me off people!
Anyways looks like some of you are doing really well with your diets… what are you doing to keep those pounds coming off? Eating better? Exercise? Enema?

Well it looks like a lot of you do better than me this last week. I blame the illness and the girl scouts for this! I also didn’t do much of a bike ride this weekend… blah! Seriously though I am sucking major balls at this. To everyone I know…. Stop letting me eat poorly! I am weak inside!
So if anyone has some good dieting tips or recipes or anything you should post a comment about it. A girl needs all the help she can get.

It has been one week since we started the diet and it is time to see how everyone is doing. Please comment below if you have not already notified me of your loss this week.
I’ll admit that I did not do the best job counting my calories this week, and my binge drinking on Friday didn’t help either I am sure. It’s ok though… it takes time to get back into the swing of things.
I did however ride my bike 46 miles this weekend with Alfie… so thank god for some exercise.

Another F’ing Diet
Feb 22nd
Last year when I was dieting I went from 212 pounds to 178 pounds. Well bad news kiddies! I am now up to 193. Ugh. Weight is really hard to keep off because food is so delicious!! hahaha.
Last year at this time I started a diet using the Lose It app on my iPhone, and it’s that time again bitches! I know a lot of people didn’t like my weekly diet updates last year, but it really does help keep me on track because who wants to post that they are a big fat loser for the week they don’t lose weight? So I have to torture you all again with it, so bare with me.
If anyone would like to do this with me then let me know. I’ll be posting my weight (and loss of) every Monday on the blog, and I can post yours as well. You will be surprised how motivating an audience can be.
[Update - So I adjusted it so no one's actual weight is listed. We will just track what everyone loses per week, and their total lost so far. Feel free to email, text or comment me every Monday with your weight loss for that week and I'll add it. Remember... alcohol has calories too hahaha]

Diet Update 10/11/10
Oct 11th
Oops… Kind of slacked off on my diet for a couple months. I’ve been dreading weighing myself again because I didn’t want to find out that I gained hella weight back. Today was the day though, and it wasn’t as painful as I thought it was going to be. I gained 5 pounds since the last update I posted. I now weigh 184 pounds.
The diet starts again today, and so does my regular bike rides. I’m hopeful that I can continue to lose weight and reach my current goal of 169 pounds before the end of the year.
Anyone else having dieting issues like me? haha

Aug 9th
Finally I can fucking post an update! 4 weeks has past and I finally lost 1 pound. Ugh that was not easy… I don’t like this plateau bullshit. It better start dripping off right now… can you imagine that? If it actually dripped off. Blah!
So I went on a 34-mile bike ride this weekend, and it was so much fun. I feel like I am now prepared to bike to Samuel P. Taylor park when we go camping in a couple weeks. I took some pictures on the way to show everyone.

Diet Update 07/12/10
Jul 12th
So I haven’t posted one of these in a while so let’s catch up on what has been going on. About two weeks ago I lost another pound to make my total weight loss 31 pounds, but then after 4th of July weekend I gained the pound back… Boooooooo! This week though I lost 2 pounds, so my total weight loss now is 32 pounds. A good rebound!
I also went on my first bike trip across the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito. The ride back almost killed me but I made it, and I didn’t walk or stop to rest so I think I did a good job. Considering the shape I was in 6 months ago I think I’m doing pretty good.

Mar 15th
This last week was not my best week, but I am glad I at least lost 2 pounds. Saturday I got a little out of control with champes and cookies, but they were damn good! Oh and those little bitches selling their girl scout cookies all over the place are not helping me one bit.
I’ll be riding my bike to work all week since it is finally nice. I need to work these legs before I get troll thunder thighs. That’s right, I said it.

Diet Update 03/08/10

Mama say what?! I did a really good job this week of not going over my calorie limit, and I did some light exercise (biking, and walking). By some miracle I seem to have lost 5 pounds since last week. I don’t know where those 5 pounds were, but I hope they don’t come back. In all seriousness though, I am glad to see this outcome because I really had to restrain myself all week not to eat everything that I wanted. It’s nice to get rewarded for that. I’m also glad I had enough calories left over yesterday to enjoy Gary Jr.’s world famous pulled pork sandwiches. They were mighty delicious.
