Diet Update 07/12/10

So I haven’t posted one of these in a while so let’s catch up on what has been going on. About two weeks ago I lost another pound to make my total weight loss 31 pounds, but then after 4th of July weekend I gained the pound back… Boooooooo! This week though I lost 2 pounds, so my total weight loss now is 32 pounds. A good rebound!
I also went on my first bike trip across the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito. The ride back almost killed me but I made it, and I didn’t walk or stop to rest so I think I did a good job. Considering the shape I was in 6 months ago I think I’m doing pretty good.
How is everyone else doing? Benutty? Gary Jr? FrankieRose? Shawnito? Jay?

Diet Update 03/15/10
Mar 15th
This last week was not my best week, but I am glad I at least lost 2 pounds. Saturday I got a little out of control with champes and cookies, but they were damn good! Oh and those little bitches selling their girl scout cookies all over the place are not helping me one bit.
I’ll be riding my bike to work all week since it is finally nice. I need to work these legs before I get troll thunder thighs. That’s right, I said it.

Oh yea.. You know how when you wash your jeans they always seem to shrink, and you can’t fit in them as easily as you did before? Well this morning…for the first time in a long time…mine were easy to put on. What!! Can I get a amen up in here?
Diet Update 03/08/10

Mama say what?! I did a really good job this week of not going over my calorie limit, and I did some light exercise (biking, and walking). By some miracle I seem to have lost 5 pounds since last week. I don’t know where those 5 pounds were, but I hope they don’t come back. In all seriousness though, I am glad to see this outcome because I really had to restrain myself all week not to eat everything that I wanted. It’s nice to get rewarded for that. I’m also glad I had enough calories left over yesterday to enjoy Gary Jr.’s world famous pulled pork sandwiches. They were mighty delicious.
