Since my last check in I have now lost 3 more pounds.  I am down to 196.  Yay!   I know a lot of other farm friends are calorie counting to, so you guys should leave a comment on how much weight you have lost to date.

I’d like to give a special shout out to the one thing that has helped me the most while on this diet….. Turkey!    It’s the wonder meat folks.   I am substituting turkey in everything that I make, and to my surprise everything is turning out way better.   Last night I made a Turkey Meatloaf and it was truly excellent.   Get your turkey on bitches.
